From an initial consultation where we can get to know you and understand how we can help you in the best possible way, all the way through to the final installation and build of your lodge, along with first class aftercare once you’re enjoying your new garden space.

Timescale: At your convenience
One of our consultants will arrange to come out to see you, where we will discuss your dreams in detail to ensure that we know what you want. We will undertake a detailed survey of your garden to ensure that your lodge will fit in, explaining everything to you about the process and answering any and all of your questions.
When you are happy with everything about the design and layout of your lodge, we will pop back out to see you to ensure that everything is as you want it, then apply to your LPA for both planning permission and for a certificate of Lawful Development on your behalf.
When Planning has been granted, we will come and see you again to finalise the build specification and finishes and make any final changes you may require.
This includes going through every element of your new home and finalising the finishes and colours of everything from the paint on the walls, to the flooring, the kitchen, the bathroom, the bedroom, right down to the colour of the composite deck steps.
Timescale: 10 - 14 Weeks
One of our expert ground teams will start as soon as possible after permission has been granted; setting in the lodge foundations and making the connections for water, power, and sewerage; this will usually take between two to three weeks.
Our build team will then come in to build your dream home, usually taking between eight to fourteen weeks to the handover of the keys to your Willows Lodge.
This starts with our walk around snag list with you before we hand over your keys to ensure that your lodge is perfect. We will then call back 6 months later [+/-] to carry out the post build snag, as your lodge will settle over the first 6 months of its life and there will be little jobs to undertake. Your lodge is covered by our comprehensive 10-year structural build warranty.
