Willows Lodges Terms & Conditions

These terms & Conditions, hereafter referred to as: “T&C’s”, together with any other documents referred to, set out the terms of use for this Website at hereafter referred to as “this Website”. Willows Lodges and Annexes Limited is hereafter referred to as WLA.

Please read these T&C’s fully and ensure that you understand them. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by our T&C’s is deemed to occur when you first use this Website.

WLA may alter these T&C’s at any time. If WLA do so, details of the changes will be highlighted at the top of this page. In the event of any conflict between the current version of these T&C’s and any previous version(s), the provisions current and in effect shall prevail unless it is expressly stated otherwise.

If WLA have your contact details, WLA may from time to time send you important notices by email. Such notices mat relate to matters including, but not limited to, service changes to these T&C’s.


WLA will never send you marketing emails without your express consent, you may opt out at any time. Any and all marketing emails sent by WLA include an unsubscribe link. If you opt out of receiving emails from WLA at any time, it may take up to three business days for WLA to comply with your request. During that time, you may continue to receive emails from WLA.

    1. Law and Jurisdiction
      1. These T&C’s, and the relationship between the user and WLA (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales.
      2. If you are a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law in your country of residence. Nothing in clause 14.1 above takes away or reduces your rights as a consumer to rely on those provisions.
      3. If you are a consumer, any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim between you and WLA relating to these T&C’s, or the relationship between you and WLA (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, as determined by your residency.
